The control offers the following technical requirements:
– Acceleration ramp of the wrapping unit fixed to 5s
– Braking ramp of the wrapping unit fixed to 5s
– Max. winding speed adjustable
– Length measurement and control of material speed via drag wheel
in m/min (max. 15 km, depending on the drum size)
– Triggering of cut (wrapping length) based on length
– Triggering of the output for lamp 1 (yellow) with an acoustic signal
Starting length related, adjustable from 0-10,000mm
