Cutting and stripping machine SCM with two cutting units
Compact electro-pneumatic cutting and stripping machine for single- and multi-conductor cables, solid wires and cords with nearly all customary insulations.

30 variations based on the basic model SCM depending on the required maximum diameter
to be worked, the required maximum total stripping length and on the material to be worked

Subject to technical alterations
With regard to the size of construction this machine is similar to the Finzer machine ZUB 360.
• Precision grip feeder permits a repeat precision of 0.01 mm. The max. feeding length is 500 mm.
• Stamping unit of 350 kN with a stroke of 18 mm
• Equipped with up to 11 positively controlled bending slides requiring low maintenance (bending force of 40/60 kN with a stroke of 65 mm) with a work and a return cam
• Processing of strip material of a width of up to 60 mm (special versions of a width of up to 120 mm) and a thickness of 3 mm as well as wires of a Ø of up to 8 mm
• RPM-regulated drive of a power of 22 kW
• Fast and easy operating via the plastic foil keyboard
• Software includes item and job processing
• The installed Compact-Flash card of 128 MB permits to save up to:
– 99000 production programmes
– 300 jobs with up to 100 single positions
• Marking programme
• As standard the machine is equipped with short-circuit-proof interfaces for de-reelers, prefeeders, coiling machines and stackers as well as marking units and ink-jets
